Update v0.2

I spent a whole day making it work, but im really happy it does 

- Added death 
- Cacti now kill u on contact 
- You are now able to jump onto platforms from below 
- Minor map adjustments 
- Its now impossible to fall out of the world (Presumably)
 - All cacti and platforms (Aside from decor ones) have been turned into objects 
- A small secret?
